During my stay, I loved how Valentina marked all the must-see spots on the map for us and highlighted some personal favorites, making our city strolls so much easier. the hotel is just a few steps away from Largo di Torre Argentina and Old Bridge, perfect for a quick gelato break while exploring.

Air con worked perfectly for the summer! The bathroom had a great shower and a comfy bed made for a restful stay. Netflix was a bonus on the big TV, and having bathrobes was a nice touch. It's a quick 5-minute walk to bars and restaurants.

great stay with minor room concerns
The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, making our arrival seamless. Our Deluxe King Room was very spacious, featuring a comfortable bed and a Nespresso machine for that extra morning perk! Plus, the complimentary minibar with Prosecco and snacks was just the icing on the cake!

Small size of hotel, Quirky old lift, Proximity to local transport
Limited staff availability after hours is a hassle!!! The noise from the street and tram makes for disruptive nights!!! The room lacked sufficient natural light which was disappointing!!!

The Deluxe King Room was super spacious and had such a comfy bed! Loved the big TV and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Also, the complimentary minibar with Prosecco and snacks was great to have. Only downside was breakfast. could be better organized with utensils. But overall, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Conveniently located, the hotel allows easy access to main attractions while offering a quiet retreat. The staff stands out with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. However, the sound insulation could use improvement as noise from the street was noticeable at times.
